Boxes of your unsold books make great furniture. And they make more than just platform beds. They also make great bedside tables. Want your shelves to be higher? Use a few book boxes as a platform! Works like a charm! They also make a great microwave stand!

Yes, in cased you missed all of the advertisements, I thought I would let you know. “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian” is out this weekend. It is described as a darker, grittier sequel to the wildly successful “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” that packs all of the punch of the original while upping the action ante.
Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy are summoned back to Narnia a year later - only to find that 1,300 years have passed in the magical land. In their absence, the kingdom has been thrust into turmoil by an evil king who prevents the rightful heir, Prince Caspian, from ruling the land. The children must once again join forces with an army of magical creatures to return Narnia to its original glory.
More on C.S. Lewis:
C.S. Lewis, the author of The Chronicles of Narnia books that inspired the movies, didn’t start out to be a writer of children’s fiction. In fact, Lewis studied philosophy and literature at Oxford and considered the Narnia series to be a religious allegory, told through fantasy to keep kids involved.

Where is the Emma Frost movie? She would make a good comic book hero type of movie. Plus she is property of Marvel. So she should be pretty well known. And then there is the fact that she is a hottie. Yup, Emma Frost comic book should be a movie.

Books are being made into movies. Cool. Comic books are being made into movies. Also cool. But where are the female comic book hero movies? Did Jennifer Garner’s poor likeness as Elektra screw it up for everyone? I mean seriously!

Ah, books into movies. Sometimes it works and sometimes not so much. The second Narnia movie is set to hit this weekend. I love how they have just decided to skip some of the books. Kind of odd. All I know is that I am tired of this one already.
