You know, if there is one thing that I really like to eat it has got to be seafood. And that might be due to the fact that there is so much that you can try and there are just so many yummy options. I mean, I like to eat shrimp and I like to eat scallops and I also like to eat things like tilapia and swordfish. And of course tuna sandwiches are always a good thing to eat. That is why I am excited about the Great American Seafood Cook off. I mean, seafood is great anyways. I mean, just consider for a moment the shear positiveness of domestic seafood sustainability- I mean, the source is known, it is local and fresh. So you really can’t go wrong with it. I am thinking that since I love seafood so much that I should try to enter something into this little cook off contest. I would really like to try to combine more than one of the things that I like to eat that are seafood and see how they taste together. Once I tried some pasta at an italian restaurant that has crab encrusted tilapia on it and it was super good. So that make me wonder how something like crab encrusted swordfish would taste. Or maybe crab encrusted amberjack. Yum, yum, sounds pretty darn tasty to me, how about you?
